THE HOUSE OF CO has four entrances with their own staircases and lifts. There are only two co-living flats per floor. The elevator takes you directly to the underground parking garage.

OUR MICRO APARTMENTS

In each of our Co-living flats in Berlin there are four to five fully equipped studio apartments – 213 in total. Every single one of our micro apartments offers you maximum privacy and comfort with private bathroom and cooking facilities. The size of the micro apartments in THE HOUSE OF CO is about 30 sqm, including the share of common areas.
